These Terms of Service govern use of Tourism Skagway, an independent informational travel guide operated by The Travel Spark Company LLC. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Independent informational status
Tourism Skagway is not a governmental agency, official tourism authority, emergency service, National Park Service property, municipality, transport operator, tour operator, travel agent, lodging provider, or booking provider. Names, places, public agencies, operators, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A reference or link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or official status.
Information is not a current operational guarantee
Editorial material is intended for general planning and context. Access, weather, road and trail conditions, borders, permits, rules, hazards, transport, schedules, prices, inventory, ratings, reviews, services, and availability can change. Confirm material decisions with the responsible public agency or service provider. Do not rely on this site for emergency, legal, medical, financial, weather, navigation, or safety advice.
Outdoor and travel risk
Travel and outdoor activity can involve weather, terrain, water, wildlife, traffic, remote areas, physical exertion, equipment, and other risks. Choose activities appropriate to your experience and condition, follow current closures and instructions, maintain safe distances, and use qualified help where appropriate. Nothing on this site is a substitute for preparation or professional judgment.
Third-party products and links
Tour, lodging, and other travel results may come from TravelSpark or connected providers. Product names, images, descriptions, ratings, review counts, prices, availability, and booking links are provider supplied and may change without notice. Any transaction, account, cancellation, refund, dispute, tax, fee, insurance, or service relationship is between you and the applicable provider under that provider’s terms. Review them before acting.
No booking or delivery through the theme
The theme candidate does not accept a booking, payment, contact message, newsletter registration, or automated reply. A disabled field or designed integration region is not a promise that a service is configured. Success should be claimed only after an authorized end-to-end test.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful personal planning and ordinary reference. You may not interfere with operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape in a way that burdens the service or violates applicable rights, misrepresent affiliation, reproduce protected material beyond applicable permission, or use the site to harm another person or system.
Intellectual property and licenses
Theme code, identity artwork, photographs, written material, trademarks, and third-party components may carry different licenses. Notices in the theme and image-source records identify redistributed assets. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a third party’s mark, artwork, photograph, data, review, or product content.
Availability and changes
The site may be changed, suspended, limited, repaired, or removed. Content may be corrected or reorganized. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, a particular feature, or continued availability of an external link or provider result.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every statement, route, link, service, or provider fact is complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Travel Spark Company LLC is organized, without naming or selecting a different city, state, country, or other jurisdiction here. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and conflict-of-law rules remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised to reflect the actual service, technical stack, or legal requirements. The revision date should change when material terms change. Continued use after an effective revision is subject to the revised Terms where permitted by law.
